Life duration of bike sharing systems

چکیده
Many factors have been advanced to predicate the sustainability of bike sharing system (BSS) and usage, such as fleet size, number docking stations, payment type financial support, but there few studies that examine survival duration BSS’ operation. Therefore, this study investigates determinants duration, using monitoring map respective annual report data from 106 cities around world. Three categories independent variables, namely infrastructural factors, social economic are included in generalised linear model (GLM). The findings indicate coverage area, capacity will affect Moreover, support purchasing power parity (PPP) per capital distinctive seem influence likelihood success a BSS.
